On DKSE there are no buoys on the border, but there is (that might confuse poeple) buoys marking the navigation channel which is entirely Swedish.

I've crossed the English Channel many times between Dover and Calais and
I've never noticed any such marker buoys. Whilst this doesn't mean they
don't exist, I think it's unlikely as that stretch of water is extremely
busy and they would represent an unnecessary navigation hazard.
