Yes, there is a fragment of Emilia-Romagna on the
border of San Marino. I am attaching a map of the
fragment from the Emilia-Romagna site.
I knew of eight enclaves in the -Stan area, so I
assumed that the list of seven in the Batken web page
included the seven of them not including Barak.
However, when I re-read it today, the 40-hectare
enclave was a new find for me too. Since the other
six enclaves on the site exist and fit the description
quite well, I will not be surprised by the existence
of this one. It is small enough not to show up on
non-detailed map (In my calculation, a 1:500,000 map,
for example, will show it as an enclave of about a
mm). There seems to be a fudge of ink south of Sokh
on an old Russian map, which could be the enclave, but
I cannot be sure of so without even more detailed
maps.
