Soviet times as I have never found an old Soviet topo<br/>
map that shows the existence of the enclaves.  Neither<br/>
has Brendan and Rudi, who mentioned it to me.  Not<br/>
that it couldn&#39;t be a cartographical error, but I<br/>
think it is more likely it didn&#39;t exist.<br/>
