Does anyone have  a map or maps that show language borders superinposed on national borders for Europe or parts of Europe.

For example,It interests me that in Northern France there some towns with Dutch names. Are these still Flemish speaking , is the minority language respected etc, do the local people wish to be joined Belguim rather than France?. I am not just interested in this area but in Europe generally.
