Subject: [BoundaryPoint] beepbeep from kent county library

no news is good news

this state has no tricounty points.  Not true!
If you swim across Chesapeake Bay from Kent Co. and head west
you'll find a dandy quad county point at Parrs Spring, apparently the
headwater of Patuxent River.  Caroll-Frederick-Howard-Montgomery
counties.  Very unusual since Montgomery Co. is just a tapering sliver
up to the Spring between Frederick and Howard Cos. Here are the
coordinates: 39d 21'14"N, 77d 10'04"W.
