i think there is some official united nations inhibition about <br/>
assigning codes to potential breakaway entities <br/>
unless & until they actually do become independent<br/>

it must have something to do with the number of extra chairs they <br/>
still have available in the general assembly chamber<br/>

no problem coding things like bouvet or antarctica tho<br/>
since that sort might never think of being a country</div>
