 </span></blockquote>AFAIK, it hasn&#39;t been decided. I&#39;m not 100% certain about this, but I <br/>
believe that Serbia and Montenegro doesn&#39;t formally exist yet. I understand <br/>
the name change was only a proposal and still has/had to be ratified by the <br/>
relevant parliaments in that country.<br/>
