LTRU has been preliminarily introduced in Duma
and will be on the
agenda most likely in May 2003. Ouch GBBE! If they
decide on it like
in June or something, GBBE will be way too soon before
the
demarcation starts, and just a bit late to see all the oddities that
now exist under the administrative line. BUT if somehow the final
vote
and exchange of notes fell on mid-July, you guys might witness
the birth
of a new border, just think about that! we can like go out
there at
midnight and stand on the line ;)))) might very well be the
first
crossers! Would that be like freakin great or
WHAT?
