agenda most likely in May 2003. Ouch GBBE! If they decide on it like <br/>
in June or something, GBBE will be way too soon before the <br/>
demarcation starts, and just a bit late to see all the oddities that <br/>
now exist under the administrative line. BUT if somehow the final <br/>
vote and exchange of notes fell on mid-July, you guys might witness <br/>
the birth of a new border, just think about that! we can like go out <br/>
there at midnight and stand on the line ;)))) might very well be the <br/>
first crossers! Would that be like freakin great or WHAT?<br/>
