<div id="ygrps-yiv-1497088072">I just learned that St. Pierre&#39;s stamps have been changed by the<br/>
French post office - they carry the national &quot;counry&quot; name of only<br/>
&quot;SPM&quot; in the design.  The definitive (non-commemorative) series coming<br/>
will be thr French issues overprinted with &quot;SPM&quot;.  On commemoratives,<br/>
the full name of the territory will be in very, very small (almost<br/>
microprint) in the  margins.<br/>

Up to this year, the stamps have always prominently carried the<br/>
territory&#39;s full name (except during the time when French stamps were<br/>
used and there were no differentiating marks on those sent to the<br/>
territory).<br/>
