I send the files about Estonian-Russian border near<br/>
Dubki village which is Russian enclave.<br/>
File &quot;Border1&quot; is the photo taken about 100 metres<br/>
from the border where there is a notice &quot;Private&quot;.<br/>
In files &quot;Border2 and 3&quot; are the photos taken on the<br/>
border. Does anybody have an idea what is this strange<br/>
mechanism exactly on the border? It stands on Russian<br/>
side as the yellow notice marks &quot;Stop. Estonian<br/>
border&quot; and Russian border mark is behind that<br/>
mechanism.<br/>
