by the international court of justice at the hague<br/>
alleging anti opec bias in the award to cameroon of a coastal frontier area <br/>
occupied by nigeria<br/>
along with the adjacent maritime zones<br/>
all the way out to a prospective eez tripoint with equatorial guinea<br/>
aka cmgqng<br/>

the land area has long been occupied by nigeria & inhabited by people who <br/>
call themselves nigerians<br/>
& who have threatened to secede from cameroon & declare independence if the <br/>
judgment is enforced<br/>

the court also ruled that the other cmng tripoint<br/>
the one with chad in lake chad<br/>
aka cmngtd<br/>
formerly considered to be at nlat 13d05m & approximately elong 14d05m<br/>
as stated also on jespers african tripoints page<br/>
is now precisely established at nlat 13d05m00s0000 & elong 14d04m59s9999<br/>

also regarding the cmgqng eez tripoint<br/>
the court ruling established a loxodrome of 187d52m27s<br/>
proceeding from a point x at nlat 4d17m00 x elong 8d21m20s<br/>
toward the equatorial guinea eez<br/>
tho it didnt & couldnt rule on the actual tripoint position<br/>
which until negotiated with equatorial guinea lies only theoretically at the <br/>
equidistance point<br/>

but i wonder if the coords of this still theoretical tripoint couldnt be <br/>
inferred from these data & good maps<br/>
