it reminds me that the usgs claims that the geographical center <br/>
of hawaii is at nlat 20d15m x wlong 156d20m<br/>
a position in open sea between maui & the big island<br/>
which is not only outside the 3nm territorial limits of hawaii<br/>
but even outside the 12nm territorial limits of the usa itself</div>
