At the Highway #99 - I5 crossing between
Blaine, WA and Douglas, BC, there are numerous markers. Coming from the
salty waters of Semiahmoo Bay -- the boundary touches the continent (discounting
Point Bob, further to the West) for the first time. It comes up from the
water (no markers, except for a nautical marker in the bay)... cross a
railway -- which has signage... then there is marker #5... and then...
just on the west side the southbound lanes of Highway #99, marker #5A
stands.
