Recently, the US Immigration and Naturalization Service has been catching flak<br/>
for what one columnist calls the &quot;catch and release&quot; program with illegal<br/>
immigrants.  It seems that the bigwigs decided that something had to be done to<br/>
change the image.<br/>
<br/>
Rather than go after illegals (which might mean REAL work for the agents), it&#39;s<br/>
easier for them to pick on some guy who&#39;s just going about his business.<br/>
