NPR&#39;s Alex Chadwick reports on the city of Wendover<br/>
which is split by two states with very different laws.<br/>
It is on the border of Nevada and Utah, and a<br/>
non-binding election day referendum will test local<br/>
support for moving the state line so that all of<br/>
Wendover is legally in Nevada and thus able to run<br/>
slot machines, gambling houses and &quot;guest ranches&quot;<br/>
that rent suites by the hour. (8:34) <br/>
