I believe the boundaries of Berlin-West were assumed as a result of
the list published in 1939 by the Katasteramt. In any case, a
wartime list was incorporated into the 4-power treaty that defined
West Berlin's borders. It listed the exclaves that later wound up in
the four power treaty. The list I have could be incomplete,
because it was typed from a copy of the treaty some years ago; I don't
see reference in it to anything that sounds like any name that
appears in this message thread.
