Well, what events caused the following shifts in sovereignty:

until 1568: Polish-Lithuania ( I though Klaipeda never was in
Lithuanian Grand Duchy since it was cptured by Teutonic Knights
before the formation of the Lithuanian state)

Other than that, I'm not disputing what you're saying, it's just that
the Medieval history in those parts is SOOO confusing that I can't
remember much of it.
