Yes, you&#39;re quite correct, but another serious problem is the fact <br/>
that the island is extremely difficult to land on. The seas are <br/>
rough, the shore is rugged, and the weather not very nice for most of <br/>
the time. Not a spot where any Paddy, Roy or Harry would like to <br/>

For those who read Dutch: Boudewijn Büch has written quite a lot <br/>
about Bouvet in his Island books, e.g. in Het IJspaleis (1993)(pp. 25-<br/>
90) and in Eilanden (8th ed., 1996)(pp. 88-94).<br/>
