I spoke with my friend in Belize yesterday.
We discussed the various issues surrounding the borders of Belize. Two
notes:
1- Belize and Guatemala will be agreeing to a final
location of their border. Apparently the MX-GT-BZ tripoint will move
600metres east (I think).
2- There is a village where the Guatemalan
residents will become Belize residents -- getting BZ passports. GT will
still pay for schooling and such.
