attached two pics from 1- border UA/SK and 2- UA/HU<br/>
<br/>
taken during the GEEBE...<br/>
<br/>
at all Ukrainian borders the marking was the same:<br/>
<br/>
1- a SK-HU-PL bordermarker (Grenzpfahl in German,<br/>
    &quot;grenspaal&quot; in Dutch... a border post (any other<br/>
    appropriate word for it in English??)<br/>
2- the actual (white) bordermarker on the exact b.line<br/>
3- the UA borderpost (Pfahl,paal) painted yellow/blue.<br/>

enjoy - the next border expedition is taking shape, more<br/>
about it later...<br/>

btw, Peter S., thanks for the Basque border pics, I had the<br/>
same experience on that border, no &quot;official&quot; French or<br/>
Spanish signs saying &quot;F&quot; or &quot;E&quot;...<br/>
