Armenian refugees from Azerbaijan. In fact all enclaves of both <br/>
countries seem to be occupied. The Nachixevan exclave is the only <br/>
exception.<br/>
The former Soviet Union is litteraly filled with strange borders, <br/>
this was the Stalin way of &quot;ethnic engineering&quot;. It resulted in many <br/>
conflicts and even wars after the fall of the SU in 1991.<br/>
