There's also an interest situation at Mesquite, Nevada, which is immediately adjacent to the Arizona border. Traditionally Mesquite's urban development ended immediately at the borderline. In recent years, however, say less that ten years, urban sprawl has crossed the state line into Arizona by about half a mile to a mile. There are some homes, part of a golf course, and an RV trailor park. Functionally, this new area is a part of Mesquite, Nevada, but I'm not sure what the new Arizona part of the community is called. Down the highway, about eight miles further into Arizona is a small town called Littlefield. This cross-border Mesquite sprawl may be considered part of Littlefield, AZ for governance purposes. I'm not sure about this yet. We go through there quite a lot, but I haven't had time to stop and investigate. I wonder if they have an Arizona address or if their mailing address is simply a PO box in Mesquite. Does anyone know about this situation?
