<div id="ygrps-yiv-570157640">Just got back from a trip to Rhode Island during which I visted RIE,<br/>
the eastermost point in RI, on the beach near Quicksand Point. <br/>
Relatively easy access from the Massachusetss side on this cloudy and<br/>
rainy day, but I think the &quot;No Parking On This Street&quot; ordinance would<br/>
be more strictly enforced on a warm summer day.  A better approach<br/>
then might be via the public beach in RI, approximately 1 mile west of<br/>
the extreme point.<br/>
