lovely find brendan

also it is easy to reach the tripoint directly by just taking ones 2nd
zoom not to the upper right corner per se but into the 2nd square to
the left of the upper right corner

but can anyone who reads russian identify the names given there of the
features in the immediate neighborhood of the tripoint

function on the map viewing software is a little hard to control
though. Note the administrative vs legal Sud-Ken boundary on the
index!
