exciting. From what I can remember at the time war was<br/>
declared it was customary to refer to Berwick upon<br/>
Tweed separatly from both England and Scotland, but,<br/>
during the war, it formally became part of England by<br/>
Act of Parliament, therefore it was included in the<br/>
peace treaty as part of England.<br/>
