<div id="ygrps-yiv-1799609560">I can&#39;t see why a point can&#39;t be a border. But it only works in a <br/>
theoretical sense. Because if you tried to cross there, or even string a <br/>
phonel ine, you would invade the soil or airspace of the other two countries <br/>
on the flanks of the point. So a boundary exists across the quadpoint, but <br/>
only academically, as it has no practical implication.<br/>
