also consider french guiana with only 2 subdivisions<br/>
hence no possibility of an internal tripoint<br/>

& palestine with 2 discontiguous subdivisions<br/>
hence no possibility even of an internal boundary<br/>
not to mention tripoints<br/>

& of course there are many places that have no official subdivisions <br/>
at all<br/>
hence no internal boundaries no tripoints no nothing<br/>
<br/>

changing directions & moving up the ladder<br/>
tajikistan evidently has 4 primary subdivisions but only 1 tripoint<br/>
<br/>
swaziland has 4 divisions also but 2 tripoints<br/>
& being multipointedly plural it is scarcely even remarkable<br/>
etc etc <br/>
on up literally into the hundreds for the most greatly subdivided <br/>
countries<br/>

but from this quick survey it appears that only luxembourg & <br/>
greenland & tajikistan share the distinction of enjoying a singular <br/>
domestic tripoint <br/>
