consists of two parts which are not connected by land and neither of <br/>
which are islands.&quot; Not &quot;... on an island.&quot;<br/>
So if the detached fragment is an island, it&#39;s excluded. But *part* <br/>
of an island is allowable, if not necessarily intended. Hence my <br/>
strayings into Malaysia and Northern Ireland.<br/>
