I read that quote, recalled my postings about Cyprus, then recalled <br/>
that the original poster starting the thread with the list <br/>
was listing what conformed to the original inquiry, listing  <br/>
&quot;outliers not on an island&quot;.  All of a sudden came to the realization <br/>
that rather than get into disussion about the SBAs, I should have just <br/>
countered with, why are the SBAs on the list?  They ARE on an island.   <br/>
