I definitely did not mean "limNology". (I don't see why limnology, the
term for lake science, would apply to all interests in political
boundaries.)

I am sure that a guy named Yaives Ferland told me about someone in Quebec
who was a border specialist and used a term like "limologie" to describe
the topic...
