Thanks for the translation. Yes, I too think that everything outside
of the Vatican walls is at least not sovereign Vatican territory. And
it confirms my believe that there are three flavours here, summed up
by the three annexes here. I would love to see good maps and/or up to
date lists of these territories.

The second and third kind are Vatican property, I think (or property
of the Holy See, to be more precise). Why else the protection clause
against expropriation?
