<div id="ygrps-yiv-491226482">The PSC ( catalan socialist party ) has suggested to the spanish <br/>
parliament to replace the annual boundary markers revision, regulated <br/>
by the Pyrinnees treaty, with high precision cartographic nets and GPS <br/>
systems.  Actually the municipalities next to the border , most of them <br/>
small villages,  have to pay this annual revision.<br/>
