this
is a great book. i first saw it in a bookstore in corner brook, newfoundland
soon after it was published. i did not buy it for a variety of reason. a few
years later, when i realized how much i wanted a copy, i could not find
one....apparently it is a limited edition book.
one
day in 1987 while browsing in a book store in downtown boston, i saw a
copy. not having enough cash on me to purchase it on the spot, i left a deposit,
hurried home for the remainder, and returned to get it. it has been a
cherished volume in my collection since then.
