what a joy to discover fellow geography maniacs.  for years i thought <br/>
i was alone in my obsession with enclaves/exclaves, micronations, and <br/>
geographical oddities such as gibraltar and point roberts, WA.<br/>
<br/>
so it&#39;s great to join the group and it&#39;s great to let you all know <br/>
that national geographic will be featuring point roberts, WA as <br/>
it&#39;s &quot;hip zip&quot; in i believe may&#39;s issue.  <br/>
<br/>
for those of you not familiar....nationalgeographic.com has a feature <br/>
called &quot;hip zips&quot; in which they feature a single zip code each <br/>
issue.  last summer i suggested along with baarle, busingen, and <br/>
campione d&#39;italia, point roberts.  they responded stating that they <br/>
had already been to point roberts and would be publishing the story <br/>
this year. (may?)<br/>
