Finally got a reply:

Dear Jesper,

No wonder you could not locate Croatia-Yugoslavia-Hungary tripoint.
The Croatia-Yugoslavia has not been subject of negotiations and agreement
yet. Boundary commission has been nominated recently and they are expect to have their first session next week. It's too early to estimate Yugoslav
starting position but Croatia will surely claim tripoint left of Danube,
based on the cadastral evidence from previous periods.
More about the case you can find at one of IBRU's briefings, authored by
Clive Schofield and myself:
War and peace on the Danube: The Evolution of the Croatia-Serbia Boundary.
Boundary and Territory Briefing Vol. 3, No.3 (2001).
If necesary, you are welcome with further questions.
