well andrew we are zero legal by car so far & all several illegal but i <br/>
think we may soon be making our first legal auto crossing into mexico <br/>
because our tries from the american side at both nutatx & conutx have <br/>
stalled for 2 days & 6 months respectively owing to tresspass objection by <br/>
the property owner in each case<br/>
& being illegal seems so foolhardy when unnecessary<br/>
<br/>
we slept last night as close as we could get to conutx or about 2 miles away <br/>
from the presumed target area<br/>
& earlier calls by the game warden & border guards were insufficient to stop <br/>
us<br/>
but the property owner on the american side there discovered us in his <br/>
prickly pears early this morning & led us out by the gate with friendly <br/>
warnings that his deer blinds are full of legal hunters this time of year if <br/>
we arent found first by the murderous bands of wetbacks & drugpackers but <br/>
that we might be both tolerated & successful there in the heat of summer<br/>
<br/>
the property owner on the american side of nutatx however<br/>
after the usual warnings including dangerous bulls & old mine shafts etc <br/>
agreed to accompany us to our destination there near the mouth of los indios <br/>
crick on monday morning at 7 if we come up with the proper paperwork<br/>
which i think we can somehow cobble together per his request<br/>

this could be the perfect moment to laminate & fedex our first official bp <br/>
try pointing pass badge with bills monumental logotype<br/>
which you may recall jan was the first to request tho we couldnt then <br/>
provide it<br/>
if you are able to do it now<br/>

but in the meantime we are stalled again on both points<br/>
class e & class e til at least monday<br/>
so i am seriously considering trying them again today from the mexican side <br/>
with all the still more extreme care that would be necessary in that case <br/>
including all those correct papers etc<br/>

because i just realized another possibility & am thinking now of just going <br/>
into mexico legally on foot instead of by car<br/>
since the new colombia bridge is close to one of the points<br/>
& must check topozone etc<br/>
