the cliffs past big sur in squalls & high winds & huge lightning<br/>

headed for possibly mythical gaviota hot springs<br/>

out of touch for a while probably<br/>
wonder where we will surface<br/>

&gt;Well I&#39;ve bough a few African atlases. A 1:3500000 and a 1:1500000 (S+E<br/>
&gt;Africa). Not the best details, but better than normally. It also has some<br/>
&gt;1:35000 and 1:15000 parts with borders, but they are wet like the Victoria<br/>
&gt;Falls and the Caledon river border at Maseru. They do show provencial<br/>
&gt;borders as well.<br/>

&gt;you guys have thought about that before. It&#39;s Sudan, Kenya, Ethiopia and <br/>

&gt;such pene-exclave situation by the Egypt-Sudan adm/pol bourders.<br/>

&gt;On the flight I enjoyed the inflight moving map GPS feature. As I flew over<br/>
