no details have yet been reported here as to whether bosnia has in legal reality the right of innocent passage & thus unrestricted access to the high seas thru these obviously croatian internal waters but the opinion offered by peter in 1775 & again in 2614 still appears watertight & indeed nobody here has ever seriously suggested the existence of any bosnian everyonese boundary nor the existence of any discontiguity of croatian sovereign territory owing to the apparent interruption by bosnia but i agree it would be interesting to know what really gives there on the water because dallen has reported in 1795 & 2590 that the land boundary thereabouts at least is often not even noticed by travelers
