now that you mention it penenclave would seem less pedantic & more natural & easygoing than either pene enclave or peneenclave especially by association with peninsula but that is only the last of its problems since a penultimate problem is that not only the etymology & usage but also the shape of peninsula tend to influence your word away from the jungholzian meaning i surmise you intend for it into a meaning & shape that image only proruption rather than complete disruption so if it still isnt too late i would like to reconsider my antepenultimate disruption & pet suggestion enclavicle even tho i realize it too was heading for a different meaning the first time i offered it
