have both proved rather challenging to research further

peters homogeneous basque quintimunicipal point in france could be clearly
spotted on mapquest last week from the library just by typing in the french
names helette irissarry macaye mendionde or osses & zooming in from there
but the site resists my old browser at home this week so i cant even
double check the following analysis tho i think it may be right

for this quintipoint called heirlemaor in basque based cockabebbel for
heleta irissari lekorne makea & orzaize turns out like all french
multimunicipal points to be nested in a daunting succession of
subdivisional entities starting with the administrative region of aquitaine
on the subnational or secondary level & continuing thru the department of
pyrenees atlantiques on the tertiary level & the province of pays basque on
the quaternary level if i got it right & also possibly even the
subprovincial or quintenary entity of basse navarre so that the
municipalities constituting this quintipoint are technically all the way
down to sextenary entities & thus the basque quintipoint tho remarkable is
evidently no match for glhemaokpa the tertiary quintipoint of florida that
is still global maxipoint apparent

however such french style multisubordination may not at all be the case
with arifs heterogeneous international quintimunicipal point at takeholmen
island in sweden & norway for it seems both of these countries drop right
down from the national to the county & municipal levels so we may well
have here a fully tertiary quintipoint that is in addition qualified to
trump glhemaokpa by virtue of being international

& it will probably just boil down to a matter of taste whether one prefers
the homogeneity of a quinticounty point entirely within florida to the
heterogeneity of a quintimunicipal point upon an international boundary

if the total populations of the constituent entities were consulted &
compared for purposes of breaking the potential stalemate then it appears
glhemaokpa would prevail over the takeholmen point which indeed has to be
referred to here in noncockabebbel because the names of its 3 swedish & 2
norwegian constituent municipalities are still not even known to me

but i am still wanting to find the best available maps & names &
explanations of how these countries subdivide before coming to any
conclusions so i am appealing to our scandinavian members especially to
help me out here in gathering the additional info needed to ascertain if
the global maxipoint is or is not in your corner of the world
