& the matter was briefly entertained in message 3928 by arif before the con=
versation turned away tho the subject title remained

so you are all probably saying oh no not this again

but we have in fact scarcely begun to talk about it

& this my belated response is also dedicated to all the others who have bro=
ught interesting questions that have also had to wait to be duly or fully en=
tertained

but the maps marcel gave in 3825 seem to indicate there are 5 particles in =
all of this entity of tremp

or whatever it is called in its entirety

& arif has observed the natural opposition between capital particle & large=
st particle in the rare cases like this when they arent the same particle

& how this leads to a kind of bifurcation & polarization of the principle o=
f clavity itself

& marcel has rightly pointed to equatorial guinea as primary & best availab=
le role model of both these phenomena in the world class

but for some reason

probably only because of the double standard that exists between lands & wa=
ters generally

& especially between land boundaries & maritime boundaries

as was just observed so poignantly by ray re tuvalu

the kingdom of denmark including greenland & at least 2 other particles i a=
m aware of almost always escapes notice as an even more dramatic example tha=
n equatorial guinea of both multiple particles & polarized clavities

& in this seemingly contrarian or even subversive observation lies the shad=
owy edge of what normally only the tuvaluans & a few other submergent nation=
s see in high relief

here too we can perhaps begin to embrace all of grants overseas & eez fragm=
ents as the true claves or ordinary particles that they are

& perhaps also become more curious to envision the complete territorial mos=
aic or mosaics of the world including everyones lands

& eventually to reach for a first complete punctoscopy of the world class i=
n both the eez tripoint & sovereign territorial tripoint formats

but in any case i would like to take this opportunity also to promote even =
more integration & wholism in all our discussions

since all is one anyway even while seeming & acting particulate
