The boundaries of Schaffhausen is very interesting.
It is divided into three parts, all North of Rhine
plus a small piece of one of the part south of Rhine
which is pene-enclave.
By the way, the district of Tablat in St Gallen canton
when it existed actually had an exclave, which was
Kloster St Gallen surrounded by St Gallen District.
Just another monastery enclave.
Gibraltar is not allowed to become an independent
state due to the provisions of Treaty of Utrecht.
This is probably the bigger reason that Gibraltar has
not become an independent country instead of some
supposed attachment to Britain.
