It is divided into three parts, all North of Rhine<br/>
plus a small piece of one of the part south of Rhine<br/>
which is pene-enclave.<br/>
By the way, the district of Tablat in St Gallen canton<br/>
when it existed actually had an exclave, which was<br/>
Kloster St Gallen surrounded by St Gallen District. <br/>
Just another monastery enclave.<br/>
Gibraltar is not allowed to become an independent<br/>
state due to the provisions of Treaty of Utrecht. <br/>
This is probably the bigger reason that Gibraltar has<br/>
not become an independent country instead of some<br/>
supposed attachment to Britain.<br/>
