for it now appears that a feature on ellesmere island named<br/>
  otto fjord<br/>
    situated at about nlat 81 or 82 degrees<br/>
enjoys the northernmost palindromic name in the world<br/>
<br/>
but it should probably be stressed that qaanaaq nevertheless remains the <br/>
northernmost unqualified palindromic locality in the world<br/>
so far as we know<br/>

for the difference between a qualified & an unqualified palindromic name is <br/>
probably worth distinguishing<br/>
even tho it occasions a reduplication of the extreme pal quests<br/>
from the 3 initially proposed by grant<br/>
to as many as 6 or even 7 in all<br/>
depending on whether an unqualified pal can be found on long180<br/>
& possibly also on other still unforeseen eventualities<br/>
