Hello everyone,

As this is my first posting I would like to express my thanks to the
people who had the idea to set up this Group. I didn't believe there
were so many people sharing my passion for geographical curiosities.

I don't know if you've discussed this before but I was wondering if
someone has information on the Kentucky exclave at that state's
westernmost end. It borders on Tennessee in the south, and on
Missouri on the W, N and E, across the river Mississippi. I found it
on a RandMcNally roadmap but there doesn't seem to be much of
importance there. So I was wondering how it came into existence, if
it is inhabitated, how it is administered and so on...

Thanks a lot,

Anton

PS: Here's a (long) link to see it on MapQuest:
