IT IS NOT A BRIDGE BUT THE CHANNEL TUNNEL BETWEEN BRITAIN AND FRANCE IS LONGER. IS THERE A BORDER INDICATED IN THE TUNNEL. I DID NOT SEE ONE, BUT THEN WE WERE TRAVELLING AT 50 M.P.H.

I NEED A DETAILED  MAP OF BAARLE. ANY IDEAS??

PLUS CAN ANYONE RECOMMEND AN HOTEL IN BAARLE AND A GUIDE BOOK IN ENGLISH ON THE VILLAGE???

Well, folks-
that's quite an interesting topic.
Shortest bridge:
If you call any device crossing a body of
water a "bridge", then the bridge in the
Intn'l Peace Garden betw. the US and Canada
should be the winner, but the bridge mentioned
by Jesper betw. Belgium and Luxembourg
close to the tripoint BeDeLu, crossing the
"Ribbach" must be a runner-up.
Longest border bridge:
imo, the "Oeresundbridge" between Sweden
and Denmark (17 km)must be the winner, any other suggestions?
