I do not think the western most point of the Netherlands is an
enclave, but I the western most part of the UK is an exclave.

The UK's western most point is Rockall some 200 miles west if the
western most part of 'mainland' UK. Some info on it can be found

Do not get your hops up on visiting it. It is extremly isolated and
small. It looks like it probably had 6 visitors in the past 20 years.
