According to Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Sept. 12th 2001, page 14
(enclosed) the Czechs are controlling a 30,000 m² area in the Hamburg Moldau
and Saale harbour, according to the Versaille Peace agreement of 1920. The
Czechoslovak then, according to the paper, got rights to lease the territory
for 99 years, until 2019.

For me it sounds like another Hong Kong agreement.

The paper says the area is under Czech sovereignty, although the almost
bankcrupt Tschechoslowakische Elbe-Schiffahrtsgesellschaft (CSPL) occupying
the territory with some 30 workers, according to the CSPL home page
http://www.cspl.cz/czech/obecne/kontakty.htm ,
http://www.cspl.cz/english/zahrzast/allzast.htm and Hamburg harbour's home
page http://www.hafen-hamburg.de/cgi-bin/adr_adressen.pl?FID=1730 they are
using ordinary Hamburg address and telephone numbers.

Before I start digging around on this matter, maybe some of you fellows
knows more?

Regards,
Jan
