please overlook the bum steer i recently gave you to the corner corner as <br/>
well as the fact that it doesnt yet have the info you seek<br/>

& since gregg hasnt shown up here yet either to bail me out<br/>
let me say i recall he mentioned pasw was quite a challenging point to  <br/>
visit circa 1999<br/>
with steep gradients & a confusing roundabout i believe<br/>
& in fact i think he may have been one of the very few people to ever reach <br/>
it<br/>

the point was planted in 1784 by the legendary andrew ellicott himself<br/>
& it then took 99 years for the first known west virginians to reach & mark <br/>
it for themselves<br/>

other than that you & gregg are the only known people to have ever even <br/>
tried<br/>

ellicott btw is often regarded as the father of american tristating<br/>
having visited or rather created as many as 20 tristate points by 1819<br/>
indeed nearly all that existed at that time<br/>
