carlo possibly overlooking french territory<br/>
  even tho i seem to recall it was a low building near the sea<br/>
nor all hope that there might be far sighted state houses in singapore <br/>
brazzaville kinshasa & possibly other world capitals overlooking their <br/>
neighbors as well<br/>

but thanx to dallen & gregory there doesnt seem to be much doubt left that <br/>
the vatican is architecturally & geopolitically the most aggressively <br/>
postured country in the world<br/>
  at least toward italian territory<br/>

yet in all fairness my beloved new jersey tho not world class does appear to <br/>
be far more aggressively poised than the vatican<br/>
& practically a menace hanging over morrisville pennsylvania<br/>
<br/>

in any case it does now appear very likely that all the other major <br/>
governments in the world loom so large only over their own constituencies & <br/>
sovereign territories<br/>

in all cases however their looks & barks may be worse than their bites<br/>
& even their bites may be illusory<br/>
for there actually are no victims<br/>
since nobody can create in anothers reality anyway<br/>
<br/>

again these are all only my best guesses & still unverified truths<br/>
while the most golden probability of intervisible balconies in brazzaville & <br/>
kinshasa raised by grant is still very much alive<br/>
for lack of online city plans of third world capitals<br/>
perhaps because they are mostly just shifty shanty towns anyway<br/>
